Delivery policy

Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance.
For events, we recommend placing your order earlier, as exact delivery timings cannot be guaranteed.
Website orders are automatically scheduled for the next day delivery.
During Ramadan, orders will be set for the specific written date (e.g., "You’re placing an order for Feb 18"), as we are usually fully booked days in advance.

For security and operational reasons, we are unable to provide the delivery driver’s personal contact number, as different drivers and vehicles may be assigned for each order. Once the driver is near your area, they will contact you directly.

Standard delivery hours are 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Timings may vary depending on your delivery area.
Peak periods (such as Ramadan or Eid), deliveries may extend beyond 9:00 PM due to traffic congestion and high order volumes.
To avoid any delays affecting your event, we recommend receiving it 1 day ahead and storing it in the fridge upon delivery.

No changes or cancellations can be made.
Customers are responsible for any rescheduling and no refunds will be issued.

5. Ramadan Delivery & Order Policy

To ensure fairness during the high-demand Ramadan period, we have an order limit in place.
We are often fully booked days in advance, so we recommend checking the next available date before completing your checkout. Pre-ordering during this time may close without notice once capacity is reached. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
Exact delivery timings cannot be guaranteed due to peak volumes and traffic.
If you have a gathering or event, please arrange to receive your delivery one day in advance to avoid any delays.
Our team and drivers often work long hours during this period to serve all customers. Please remember to treat everyone with respect.

Good manners are just as important as fasting 😊.

To ensure timely delivery during Eid, orders for certain areas will be sent in advance:

Dubai: 1–2 days before Eid : 1–2 days before Eid (may vary)
Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: 1–2 days before Eid (may vary)
Fujairah, Al Ain, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, RAK, UAQ & other far areas: 2–3 days before Eid (may vary)
The farthest areas may start deliveries
up to 3 days before Eid (may vary)
Delivery Delays & No-Cancellation Policy
Please note that deliveries may occasionally extend beyond normal hours due to traffic or high order volumes. Once your order has been processed and is on its way, cancellations are not possible. If you choose not to receive your order at that stage, no refund will be issued, as preparation and dispatch have already been completed.
