Do you have a store? 

We're currently exclusively operating online. We hope to establish a physical location in the future. At the moment, our services are limited to delivery only; there's no option for in-person pick-ups.

 

Can I choose the delivery timing?

Unfortunately, that's not possible as we deliver to several areas. If you would like it early, please place your order a day ahead of the actual event date.

Note: Chocolate must be kept safely in the refrigerator till the day of the event.

 

How does delivery work during peak times?

During peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and other high-demand periods, delivery timings may vary due to heavy traffic and high order volumes. We work with trusted third-party courier services, and once an order is dispatched, delivery timing and coordination including any rescheduling are managed directly by the courier and the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or rescheduling after dispatch.

Do you deliver to all areas across UAE?

We deliver to all areas except the western region and certain distant areas such as Sweihan, Remah, and other remote locations.

 

How long does it last ?

If stored in the refrigerator, it can last for more than a week, though we're pretty confident you'll have it finished within a day!
