We do not offer same-day delivery services. Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within the timeframe specified in our shipping schedule.

Urgent delivery options are available depending on the availability of our products and delivery slots. An urgent fee may be applied to orders requesting expedited delivery. Applies to Dubai areas only, distant areas are excluded.

Customers who wish to receive their orders earlier than the standard delivery timing may do so by placing their orders at least one day in advance of the desired delivery date. This allows us to ensure timely processing and dispatch of the order to meet the requested delivery schedule.

Delivery timings are scheduled between 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM local time, depending on the area and prevailing traffic conditions. Please note that specific timing requests cannot be accommodated due to logistical constraints.
